Structure characteristics


High pressure pump is mainly composed of a liquid cylinder part, a transmission part, a safety valve part, power part and so on. Power end uses crank linkage, and motor output shaft via a belt or gear associated with the power end of the crankshaft, the crankshaft connecting rod drive mechanism to move the crosshead and plunger reciprocates. In the hydraulic end valve opening and closing function, the purpose of suction liquid is achieved. The operation of High pressure pump with three or five cylinder pump structure is more stable, the power end uses a short stroke piston design, can effectively reduce the line speed, reduce wear, improve the service life of wearing parts, at the same time, the overall structure of the pump is more compact and reasonable, while weighs is only two-thirds of its products the same capacity.

4. Frequency flow regulation system can be used in the field or in the control room (DCS) to adjust to control 10% -100% based on operating conditions to achieve operational flow.
